Battle 21: Borneo Search

*takes a deep breath* BATTLEEEEEEEE TWENTY ONEEEEEEEEEE. Yes, I have joined Battle 21: Borneo Search at Karamunsing. If you don't know what it is, It was the most awesome event of the year, best event. This is my first time joining Battle 21, even if I didn't get into the top 16, I don't mind, I can always come back next year.

 Reach there about 11am to register for my two categories, 1 on 1 Popping and 1 on 1 Allstyle there is also 2 on 2 Bboy but I can't really break well so yeah. Warmed up and waited for the event to start, I remember going up the stage as Emcee Raymond

 called my name. As the music played by 

DJ IIX, gosh was i nervous, I started dancing, after that I went back to my place, first thing i thought, WHAT DID I JUST DANCE? DID I JUST MAKE A FOOL OUT OF MYSELF? My friend, Roger next to me was like "you were okay", but I didn't make it to top 16 or top 8. So i was there watching the Battles. Woah, everyone was good and younger than 21. amazing how we youth have such amazing energy in us. 

So lets just skip all that battling and just go to the finals, now this shit is getting serious. For 1 on 1 Popping, it was Roger vs Freteldy. For 1 on 1 Allstyle, it was Steve vs David. For 2 on 2 Bboy, it was Borneo Crew vs Style Rock Floor. and here is the list of winners for Battle 21: Borneo Search:

The event ended at 6pm,Congratulation to all the winners, oh yeah, I just remember something. I remember when they asked, who have a blog? and I was the only one with my hand up. I actually thought there would be other bloggers that would blog about battle 21 so they might win the awesome Acer Iconia Tab A200. The reason why I want the Acer Iconia Tab A200 is because (for me) Acer is way better than Dell. I'm currently using a Dell Inspiron, and it lags when ever I try to multitask, that's how sad it is. Plus, it supports Android (Thank God). If I could put an android emulator in my laptop, i would, but sadly i can't. That's why having a Tab that supports Android would be so much easier.

Don't you wanna stay here?

Hey guys, so i notice people where like "John, i didn't knew you had a blog :o" and stuff. So, I'm gonna explain, yes i have a blog. Its all because for the sake of merit marks at first, but somehow I started to like blogging again, because its just another way of expressing my feeling and my thoughts. Heh. 

So, its Raya, so I'm here to wish all my fellow friends Selamat Hari Raya. I had a week of holiday, it was fun i guess, spend most of my days dancing and practising at my Jeremy's house for the Talent Night audition. Let me start with Sunday, after church me and my family and a few of my parent's cell group member went to Kuala Penyu, it was a very nice place, we even did a blood donation to the mosquito there. I spend the night sleeping under the stars and hearing the sound of the waves in my sleeping bag. It was awesome. 

Here is one of the pictures we took at the beach, there is a lot more but nay, I'm lazy. 

Other than that, yeah, dancing and dancing and dancing. The audition went well i guess, but I'm not sure since we haven't got any phone call from church, but I love our choreograph because its full of surprises. Wanna see it? I'm very excited for this event, because I'll be joining 1 on 1 Allstyle and 1 on 1 Popping. I'm very nervous yet excited, can't really explain how I'm feeling through typing. Currently, there is 36 groups of bboys which means there is 72 bboys all together, 39 dancers of Allstyle and 9 for Popping. I don't get why is there no one joining for Popping? Its not like its a very hard dance, its just need a lot of thinking when you dance, just like Allstyle. Heh, I'm not gonna judge. I'm just gonna dance my best and hopefully it will be good enough.

On A Lonely Night

Its been at least 5 week since I last blogged about anything, so lets start shall we? first two to three weeks I have been dancing so much, that I was probably tired all the time, its not I don't love dancing, its just that too much of it is just sooooo tiring. From backspins to headspins, from handstand to invert. ughh. trying so hard, but i can't seem to do it right. I just notice that most dancers are chinese and malay, and I'm here dancing, the only Indian FTW \m/

Then after that was mostly the exams, trying to hard to study. Haih, why can't i just like select all and copy it into my brain. Thank god, today is the last day of the exam, addmaths and bio paper 3 and this means itsssss HOLIDAY BEEETCHS . Imma join this shit and battle. I might lose but so what? I'm learning.

Its been more than a month now since I last saw her, my plans was to go out with her, I guess its not gonna work out. This holiday i just wanna work out, dance, sleep, watch movies, game and go out with her. looks like most of it is not gonna happen, because my mum brought a ticket to KL. for fun? jeez, its so annoying. I just wanna stay here and hang out with my friends and do crazy stuff together.

Tomorrow is my school teacher's day celebration, my crew, we did audition for it. I guess it wasn't good enough, but still, we are performing on this Saturday (26/5) at Horizon Hotel in town. My mum's clinic is having a Nurse's day celebration and I decided to perform there since we practice our routine so hard and didn't get picked. Roger's group is performing. I like their choreograph, its fun to watch actually.

I guess that's all of it. I think. I don't quite remember anymore. I hate getting old, it makes you forget. I miss her. Badly. 

I know its kinda late, but happy birthday?

Sooo...hello there. It was my birthday week last week, I must say, it was one of my most busiest week this year. Even thou we had holiday on Wednesday, but it didn't felt like it made any difference. I'll just start with Monday I guess, Monday 1M1S and add math tuition. Tuesday, school then I stayed back at school for dance practice. Wednesday, so called holiday, I went to school and had dance practice. Thursday was the audition for the dance. I think my crew killed it, but I can't be sure, still need to polish the dance and change a bit of the choreograph. Thursday was also my birthday, somehow I didn't really feel like it, but oh what the hell, I'm 16 already. does it make any difference? I don't think so. Friday was the first round for english debate for our class. Even if I wasn't standing, I was nervous for them. In the end, we won anyway. weee? So there goes my stressful week. so annoyed by the weekdays.

Saturday, it was kinda like my "rest" day from all the dancing and homework, buttt waitttt...there is BIO NOTES. damn. and guess what? I lost my pencil case, in front of the school library again that. I accidentally left it there. Looks like Presley won't be lending stuff from me for awhile. at least. SUNDAY, gosh today was the best day ever, other than IU day, I got to go out with her. le me so happy. heeeeeee. I guess was our first date, it was fun, even if we didn't do much. Watched Street Dance 2 with her. It was awesome. Somehow that movie felt like it was only 30minutes.

awesome movie to watch. trust me.

Oh Dakota.

I just notice I haven't really introduce myself. I not even trying to type this, this is basically one of my assignment or homework, so yeah here goes.

My name is John, John Prabakaran Solomon, but people just call me John most of the time because my full name is just..long. I'm actually from Teluk Intan, Perak, but I have been living in Sabah for the last 14 years, so basically I'm a Sabahan already. I traveled all over Sabah already and made tons of friends. Some of my friends don't even know there is a town call Telupid in Sabah and they are Sabahan. Damn, I said too much already.

My hobbies or special talent? Well, I love dancing. Its not just dancing, its expressing. I know this might be odd, since I don't look like the type of guy who dances, but I DO dance. Its just in the family, lets just say it runs through our veins. Another thing I like is poetry, I love how the words sound so sexy and meaningful when they are put together. Even reading poetry is a skill, you must know the tune and put feelings into it as you read and trust me, not many people can do that.

Favourite..let's see. My favourite food would be basically FOOD. I EAT ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING (except Durian, just can't stand them) One thing is because I can't get fat, that might sound weird but its true, I HAVE tried and still trying. My favourite drink would be Milo and Tea. It just gives me that warm fuzzy feeling in my tummy and it feel goods. Favourite books, that I have a lot, but I have been reading lesser nowadays. I like novel like the Fallen series, I'm currently reading The Lovely Bones, but I can't seems to find time to read it finish. Novels, William Shakespeare Plays and Poems. Movies, its one of those thing that I love the most. I watch sooooooooooooo many movies. I don't even know which one is my favourite one.

Today school was alright, curriculum was tiring, Police Cadet was marching in the rain. The teacher was so damn demanding. He made us ran for two rounds for being late 5 mintues, the heck? I should blame my addmath teacher for letting just out late, but running in those black shoe kills my feet because of its heels. It still hurts. gosh. Oh well, I guess that's all for today.

I Scream My Lungs Out

Today my so-very-beautiful English teacher, Miss Chong asked us to make a blog. So, TA-DA this is my lame and noob blog about my life? maybe more, I don't really know. Sigh. Test results are so depressing. Subjects that I used to get A, now I'm getting B or C for them. I wonder what is wrong with me. Have I got dumber? For now, the only subject I have fail is Biology. Ironic how my dad is a doctor and I failed Biology. GAH. Dad is so gonna kill me. Oh well, what to do? :/
